Computer scientist, holder of an MBA, and PMP certified (PMI).
With over 30 years of international experience, he has led profit centers, advised organizations, and structured PMOs.
Co-founder of IQar, he designed SMP2, the only French-language PPM governance framework validated by Bureau Veritas Certification.
He supports PMOs, IT departments, and business units on prioritization and arbitration, workload and capacity management, budgets and risks, and maturity growth.
He contributes to the development of SuitePro-G, IQar's PPM tool, and to the integration of the AI Matt to accelerate execution and decision-making.
Stéphanie GERMAIN
Performance coach and PPM expert
Managerial performance coach and co-founder of IQar.
She works with PMOs, IT departments, and business units to secure the governance and adoption of PPM practices: managerial routines, effective committees, initiative scoping, and the spread of a results-driven culture.
A marketing and communications expert, she develops the IQar brand and its related products (offers, content, events) to align image, acquisition, and customer experience.
She contributes to IQar's "La Vision Projet" methodology and to the development of SuitePro-G and the AI Matt, combining operational excellence in PPM governance with ease of use.
